Login Help

INFOhio is available to all Ohio students, teachers, and parents. Before we can give you your username/password, we need to verify you are in Ohio. There are four ways we can do this. Please take a look at the boxes below. If any of the boxes are green, you should be able to get your username/password immeidately by clicking the button at the top-left corner of this page. However, if all of the boxes are red, it means we cannot verify that you are in Ohio, but we may still be able to help you login. You may click each button for more information.

Are you physically located in Ohio?

Are you at school?  

Your IP address (3.238.134.157) is not registered with INFOhio. Because your IP address is not registered with INFOhio, INFOhio is unable to verify you are at school. If you are at school, please contact INFOhio at support.infohio.org to arrage to have your school IP addresses registered.

Do you have an Ohio IP address?

Unfortunately, your IP address does not come back as an Ohio IP address. Even though you may physically live in Ohio, depending on the type of Internet you use and who provides your internet service, your IP could be coming from a different state. Here are a few details about your IP address:

Have you logged into INFOhio before?

Unfortunately, we are unable to determine whether you have logged into the INFOhio site recently. This may be caused by your school's privacy policy, or you may have recently cleared your cache and cookies. The next time you log into the INFOhio website, the site should remember who you are so you do not have to keep entering your username/password with you visit the site.

Google Chrome

Enabling Chrome Location Services
  • Open Chrome and click the three-dotted menu in the top right-hand corner followed by Settings.
  • On the Settings page, click Privacy and security from the left-hand menu followed by Site Settings.
  • Scroll down and click Location.
  • You can then toggle and Ask before accessing (recommended) option to enable location services.

Safari

Location Services for Safar

  • Start by clicking the Apple symbol in the upper left-hand corner followed by System Preferences.
  • Then click Security & Privacy.
  • Then click the Privay tab.
  • Click on the padlock in the bottom left-hand corner of the window. You will be asked to authenticate by entering your computer ID/password. Once entered, you will then be able to adjust your Location Services by checking the box next to Enable Location Services and ensuring location services are enabled specifically for Safari.
  • Click the lock once again.

Edge

Location Services for Edge

  • Start by clicking the three-dotted menu located in the top right-hand corner of Microsoft Edge followed by Settings.
  • Once on the settings page, click Site permission from the left-hand menu followed by Location.
  • You can then toggle the Ask before accessing (recommended) option.
  • You can also allow or block specific sites from accessing your location.
    1. Visit a website in Microsoft Edge.
    2. In the corner of the address bar, select the Lock, Info, or Dangerous icon and select Site permissions.
    3. Next to Location, choose Ask (default), Allow, or Block from the list.
