All Ohio public school systems can request free access to SketchUp Pro, a 3D graphics software program. Through the generosity of Trimble, Ohio's public schools are permitted to install SketchUp Pro on educator workstations, in school computer labs, and on other school-owned computers. Learn more about the SketchUp K-12 Educational Grant program and see which states are participating.
To request access, a district representative needs to complete an INFOhio Support Request (select the category "Access/Passwords" and sub-category "SketchUp Pro"). Local education agencies are encouraged to have the Technology Coordinator or a Technology Staff person complete the application due to the licensing process involved. Before proceeding, you are also encouraged to review the SketchUp Pro license.
Those completing the submission will be agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
If you have any questions about the request form or licensing of SketchUp Pro, please contact INFOhio Support.

Does your school use G Suite for Education or Microsoft Education? If so, you can now access SketchUp for Schools. It is available for deployment through the G Suite Education Marketplace or the Microsoft Education Store.
Special note regarding private schools: SketchUp does not issue license grants for SketchUp Pro to individuals or private schools. However, SketchUp does offer deeply discounted SketchUp Pro EDU licenses to schools, for as little as $15 per seat, per year. Please see the SketchUp Licensing Information page with links to their network of resellers. All schools are also permitted to download and use the SketchUp Free product.
